Default Question about feeding

I picked up my 4 Brazilian Yellow Heads and 3 Red Amazonicus yesterday along with 5 fruit fly cultures. How do I know how much to feed them? What is a good way of getting them out of the container with out having them escape? How often should I dust with vitamins/calcium? Does dusting with paprika really help make the red in the amazonicus more vibrant with out hurting them? Thanks for any help!
