They both look like males, I am making that opinion mainly from the size of the toes. The front toe pads on a male are supossed to be larger than the rear toe pads, were on a female the front and rear toe pads are supposed to just about the same size. On both your frogs you can see that the front toe pads are considerably larger than the rear ones.
