Thanks for all the nice comments everyone. I decided to go with a leaf litter floor vs. my usual pillow moss based on Richard's talk at IAD (more natural). Tyler - the vents are huge (for thumbs). I got them as an adult trio from Rob (rozdaboff) at IAD based on their enormous size.
